Patrick Hartmann is Managing Director of EPH Investment GmbH and, as Head of Operations & Compliance for PROPVEST and Exporo, is responsible for all operational processes related to the company, which is licensed as a securities services institution in accordance with Section 15 WpIG. In addition, as authorised signatory of the group, he is responsible for all regulatory and tax issues.

Prior to this, he worked in trade finance for 10 years, working for a subsidiary of the Otto Group as Deputy Director Consulting. Patrick Hartmann is a qualified real estate agent (IHK), business graduate (FH) with a focus on financial services and European Compliance Professional (ECCP).
